18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Han race, aged 18 to 60 years, males or females, primary school education or above; 2.Right handedness; 3.Meet the diagnostic criteria of unipolar depression in DSM-V; 4.The severity of depression was assessed as mild to moderate according to Hamilton score (8 points <=HAMD24<35 points); 5.No medication for at least one month before enrollment; 6.Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe physical diseases (such as severe heart, brain, liver or kidney impairments, etc.); 2.Brain organic diseases (such as trauma, tumor, etc.); 3.Peripheral neuropathy or muscle diseases; 4.Other mental diseases (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.); 5.History of alcohol or psychoactive substance abuse; 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7.Vision and hearing impairment; 8.Contraindications for undergoing rTMS treatment, including metallic implants or the risk of seizure; 9.Recurrent suicidal thoughts, or any kind of suicidal behavior , a score of at least 3 on question 3 of the HAMD-24.
