Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with frozen and thawed embryo transplantation in Chengdu Women's and Children's Central Hospital; 2.Repeated transplant failure (RIF) population; 3.Male and female are aged 20 to 39 years; 4.Transplantable embryos of good quality; 5.Both male and female are negative for infectious diseases; 6.The man can discharge semen by himself; 7.Agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute genital tract infection; 2.Patients with serious heart, brain and lung diseases and serious liver and kidney dysfunction; 3.Persons with severe mental illness, including dementia and mental disorders; 4.Patients with highly allergic constitution; 5.Patients diagnosed of endometritis without treatment.
