Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients agree to participate in this study, voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 2.Body mass index (BMI) >= 19kg/m^2, and<= 28kg/m^2; 3.It was clearly diagnosed as disc herniation or endplate inflammation by X-ray and MRI; 4.Aged 25 to 70 years, regardless of gender; 5.Be able to communicate well with researchers and follow the whole verification requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous acute or severe infection; 2.Patients with tissue metabolism disorder, immune dysfunction, and implant abuse; 3.Patients with chronic gastritis, malignant tumor and chronic kidney disease; 4.Patients with hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver cancer, obesity, etc.; 5.The patient is unwilling or unable to limit activities or follow the doctor's advice 6.Long-term use of drugs or recent use of antibiotics.
