Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Indications for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 2.There are indications for elective cesarean section; 3.Aged 20 to 40 years; 4.Gestational age at the time of surgery >=37 weeks, <=42 weeks; 5.ASA I~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Maternal serious underlying diseases: preeclampsia, twin-fetal transfusion syndrome, placenta previa, HELLP syndrome, malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or medical history; 2.Liver disfunction, kidney disfunction and blood coagulation disfunction; 3.Allergic to local anesthetics; 4.Mental illness or past mental illness; 5.The fetus and mother died or entered the intensive care unit and neonatal care unit.
