Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with positive TPOAb or TGAb on thyroid function tests and ultrasound showing changes consistent with Hashimoto's thyroiditis who attended Shandong Provincial Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022; patients who attended Shandong Provincial Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 and all thyroid function tests were normal; gender and age are not required. Gender and age are not required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other autoimmune diseases; 2.Hormonal or immunosuppressive drugs; 3.Thyroidectomy; 4.I131 treatmen.
