Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing liver surgery in the hepatobiliary department of our hospital; 2.Aged 18 to 60 years; 3.ASA I~III grade; 4.Regardless of gender; 5.Agreed to sign the informed consent to collect perioperative vital sign data for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to local anesthetics of ropivacaine; 2.Coagulation dysfunction; 3.Severe infection at the puncture site; 4.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5.Severe postoperative complications require a second operation; 6.Mental retardation or inability to express and communicate clearly, affecting information gatherers.
