Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postpartum women; 2.Obvious tenderness or tenderness at the pubic symphysis; 3.Turn over pain, leg lifting pain, walking pain, groin pain; 4.Has signed the informed consent, and has good compliance to cooperate with the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2.Patients with severe bone and joint diseases; 3.PUBIC symphysis separation >=2.5cm, indicating surgical indications; 4.Patients with coagulation dysfunction.
