18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly admitted to ICU during case collection; 2.Receiving mechanical ventilation, and the estimated duration of mechanical ventilation >=48 hours; 3.Aged 18 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.GCS Score <8 (removing the effect of sedative drugs); 2.Entering ICU after receiving CPR; 3.With neuromuscular diseases; 4.Tracheotomy performed within 48 hours of mechanical ventilation; 5.Died within 48 hours; 6.Giving up treatments in ICU.
