Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.At least two of the following symptoms: headache, eye pain, nausea, vomiting, intermittent vision loss and rainbow vision; 2.At least three of the following physical signs: conjunctival hyperemia, corneal epithelial edema, moderately dilated and fixed pupils, shallow anterior chamber, angle closure, and lens glaucoma spots; 3.Acute intraocular pressure rise, intraocular pressure (IOP) that cannot be controlled by drugs (a variety of local intraocular pressure lowering drugs are difficult to control intraocular pressure in the normal range within 24-48h); 4.The contralateral eye of patients with monocular disease also has the ocular anatomical features of shallow anterior chamber and narrow angle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other retinal and optic nerve diseases, obvious systemic and intracranial diseases; 2.Secondary glaucoma; 3.History of previous eye surgery.
