Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Unilateral osteonecrosis of the femoral head and chronic hip pain were associated with joint dysfunction, and conservative treatment was ineffective, with indications for hip arthroplasty; 2.Unilateral fractures of femoral neck and trochanter, which are to be treated with internal fixation or joint replacement; 3.Aged over 60 years; 4.Preoperative grade II or above of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA); 5.Patients agreed before operation and signed the informed consent form; 6.All the operations were performed by doctors with senior seniority and professional title or above; 7.Able to understand and complete the visual analog scale of pain; 8.Can cooperate with functional exercisers after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients have a history of dependence on or allergy to narcotic drugs or analgesics; 3.Patients with neuropsychiatric diseases in the past; 4.Peripheral neuropathy; 5.Blocking infection around the site; 6.Morbid obesity (body mass index BMI > 40kg/m^2).
