Lung protective ventilation strategy group:6ml/kg tidal volume + PEEP + lung recruitment
Drive pressure oriented ventilation strategy group:Adjust PEEP and select the lowest drive pressure

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Select 60 children who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to September 2021; 2.American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading standards I~III; 3.The age of the patient is 6-12 years; 4.Preoperative chest X-rays were normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of congenital heart disease, pneumonia, bronchial asthma, severe heart, brain, and neuromuscular diseases; 2.Patient and family members refused, history of lung surgery; 3.Serious abnormalities in general laboratory examinations before surgery (such as severe anemia, coagulation dysfunction, severe hypoproteinemia, etc.); 4.Transfer patients to laparotomy; 5.Preoperative X-ray shows abnormality or LUS score is greater than 0.
