Interventions

1 group:Sustained eye closure with rest for 30 minutes
2 group:After 10 minutes of hot compress, eyes were closed and rested for 20 minutes
3 group:After 10 minutes of cold compress patch,eyes were closed and rested for 20 minutes
4 group:After 10 minutes of cold compress gel, eyes were closed and rested for 20 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult aged at least 18 years; 2.With basic reading comprehension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lactating or pregnant women; 2.People with severe systemic diseases or autoimmune diseases; 3.Wearing contact lenses and acute inflammation or infection of the eyes in the last 30 days; 4.Eyelid inflammation such as eyelid inflammation, numbness, and valgus; 5.Eye surgery including eyelid surgery, LASIK surgery, cataract surgery, etc. within 6 months prior to enrollment.
