Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diameter of the subrenal abdominal aneurysm by CTA or abdominal aorta ultrasound: 30-50mm; 2.Without clinical indication of endovascular repair or surgical operation for abdominal aneurysm; 3.Sign informed consent and be able and willing to comply with the research program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Colchicine is currently in use; 2.Previous endovascular repair or surgery for abdominal aortic aneurysm; 3.Allergic to colchicine; 4.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5.Inflammatory bowel disease or chronic diarrhea; 6.Glucocorticoids are currently being used or planned for long-term use; 7.Patients with malignant tumor and autoimmune disease; 8.Now he has participated in other clinical studies of interventional therapy or drug therapy, which may interfere with the research results.
