18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopy in our hospital under unilateral lung lobe, lung segment or wedge resection; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.ASA classification I-II level; 4.18 kg/m^2<= BMI <= 25 kg/m^2 5.No communication barriers, able to understand the research process and the use of the pain scale; 6.Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are allergic to related drugs in this study; 2.Patients have chronic pain, long-term use of analgesic drugs, history of alcohol abuse or are using other analgesic drugs patient; 3.Patients with ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial, cerebrovascular disease and cor pulmonale; 4.Patients with peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding or inflammatory bowel disease; 5.Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 6.Patients who have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors or stopped within 2 weeks; 7.Patients who have participated in other clinical studies within three months; 8.Patients who turned to thoracotomy during the operation.
