Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who signed the informed consent; 2. Subjects older than 65 years old; 3. Subjects of ASA grade II-III; 4. Patients scheduled for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with contraindications to regional block technique (local anesthetic allergy, infection around puncture site and coagulation disorder); 2. Subjects with a history of dependence on analgesics; 3. Patients with dementia or cognitive impairment (positive in cam and less than 24 in MMSE); 4. Patients with any cerebrovascular accident within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc. 5. Any patient with communication difficulties.
