Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Neonates of gestational age < 32 weeks; 2.Requiring PICC to receive PN, as decided by the neonatology clinical team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonates of gestational age =32 weeks; 2. Intraventricular hemorrhage of grade 3 or 4; 3. bleeding tendencies or disseminated intravascular coagulation; 4. Severe thrombocytopenia; 5. Arrhythmia or severe liver disease,congenital malformation.
