Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Tachycardia, mean arterial pressure 12%, central venous pressure or right atrial pressure <5 mmHg, mixed venous oxygen saturation <70%; 3. According to the patient's gender, age, and body temperature, the actual cardiac output is lower than expected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Increased intra-abdominal pressure of the patient; 2. Arrhythmia, pulmonary hypertension, severe heart valve disease, severe thoracic aortic anatomy; 3. Use external cardiac pacemaker, head trauma; 4. Patients with severe heart failure, patients who wear thrombus elastic stockings; 5. Patients who do not cooperate, the investigator believes that they are not suitable for selection; 6. Those who are not suitable for entry into the group for other reasons, such as patients with clear hemorrhage or active bleeding, and patients who need immediate rescue.
