Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Shock patients (clinical diagnostic criteria: (1) There is a cause of shock. (2) There is disturbance of consciousness. (3) The pulse is fast, more than 100 beats per minute or cannot be touched. (4) The limbs are clammy and the skin on the sternum Finger pressure is positive (the refilling time is more than 2 seconds after compression), the skin is patterned, the mucous membrane is pale or cyanotic, the urine output is less than 30ml/h or the urine is closed. (5) The systolic blood pressure is less than 10.7kPa (80mmHg). (6) The pulse pressure difference is less than 2.7kPa (20mmHg). (7) In patients with pre-existing hypertension, the systolic blood pressure is lower than the original level by more than 30%. Those who meet the above items (1) and two items of(2), (3), (4) ) and one of items (5), (6), (7) can be diagnosed as shock.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to experiment; 2. Patients with hypertension (clinical diagnostic criteria: in the absence of antihypertensive drugs, systolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 140 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 90 mmHg; previous history of hypertension, and anti-hypertensive drugs are currently being used, although the blood pressure has not reached the above level, it should be diagnosed as hypertension. ); 3. Patients with undetectable data due to various reasons such as limb fractures and trauma; 4. Combined with diabetes or other diseases that affect the blood circulation of the skin or serious organic diseases.
