Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consent of patients and their family members was obtained before enrollment; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of IAH/ACS; meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM abdominal distension; 3. between the ages of 18 and 70 years; 4. No open surgery was performed; 5. not receiving enteral nutrition support when referred from other places; 6. No serious metabolic diseases and other digestive tract diseases, such as radioactive enteritis, short bowel syndrome, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Duration of hospital stay >= 72 h; 2. Mechanical intestinal obstruction and massive gastrointestinal bleeding; 3. Allergic to therapeutic drugs; 4. Severe underlying diseases with chronic renal function and/or respiratory insufficiency; 5. Close to death or failure in resuscitation, inability to cooperate or refusal to complete relevant tests.
