Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracotomy; 2. Infancy to preschool age (1 month to 6 years old); 3. Preoperative ASA classification I-III level; 4. The patient signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It is estimated that the postoperative tracheal intubation will take more than 12 hours; 2. Those who are allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Abnormal anatomical structure of the puncture site, skin infection, bleeding, etc.; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction before surgery; 5. Patients with second thoracotomy; 6. Those considered by the surgeon or anesthesiologist to be unsuitable for inclusion.
