Inclusion criteria: 1. Doctors who have worked in the Department of Critical Care Medicine for more than 5 years or patients (or patients' family members) with a history of hospitalization in critical care medicine. 2. Have the ability to understand and communicate. 3. Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.
