Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. The degree of myopia is less than -6.0D, with or without pathological myopia fundus lesions; 3. Able to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of eye diseases, eye trauma and surgery other than high myopia; 2. Patients with a history of systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, collagen diseases, connective tissue diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc.); 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
