65 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA: I-III; 2. Age: 65-75 years; 3. BMI: 19-27 kg/m^2; 4. Type of operation: laparoscopic radical prostatectomy or laparoscopic total cystectomy; 5. Anesthesia: general anesthesia tracheal intubation, operation time: estimated 3-4h; 6. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of epileptic seizures in the past month; 2. Suffer or have suffered from central nervous system disease; 3. NYHA classification: 3-4; 4. Patients who are allergic to or intolerant to midazolam or remazolam tosylate; 5. Long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; 6. Patients with insufficient cerebral blood supply or syncope in the past month.
