Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Observation group: (1) Group A: patients with value-added diabetic retinopathy (PDR) who underwent vitrectomy in our ophthalmology department; (2) Group B: type 2 diabetes patients without DR who underwent cataract surgery in our hospital's ophthalmology department; (3) Group C: non-value-added diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) patients who underwent cataract surgery in our ophthalmology department. 2. Control group: (1) Group D (control group 1): non-diabetic nonvascular retinopathy patients (macular hole, epimacular membrane) who underwent vitrectomy in our ophthalmology department; (2) Group E (control group 2): patients who underwent cataract surgery only in the ophthalmology department of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of eye trauma; 2. History of other ocular diseases and surgery; 3. Abnormal blood coagulation function; 4. Have a history of serious systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, etc.; 5. Patients whose blood sugar control is not ideal; 6. Patients whose blood pressure control is not ideal; 7. Those who withdraw halfway through poor compliance.
