Group A:The PEEP value is titrated from 15cmH2O, and decreases by 2cm every 3min to 1cmH2O
Group B:The PEEP value is constantly set to 5cmH2O

60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed and dated informed consent; 2. Commitment to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole-process research; 3. Aged 60-75 years, ASA classification is grade I-II; 4. General health condition is good; 5. Be able to adhere to and cooperate with research intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index over 25; 2. Patients who have taken any sedative, hypnotic, analgesic or psychotherapeutic drugs before anesthesia induction; 3. Previous symptoms of respiratory difficulty, respiratory disease or serious cardiovascular disease; 4. Patients with thoracic deformity or trauma.
