Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Wound of joint parts caused by various reasons; 2, The wound depth is <= 2.5cm; 3, The wound surface is 1 cm^2-700cm^2; 4. Patients are informed and willing to participate in all procedures and follow-up assessments required by the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Wounds with osteomyelitis, tumors, tuberculosis and other pathological changes; 2. The underlying disease is severe, the general condition is poor, and the operation cannot be tolerated; 3. Aged >= 85 years; 4. Patients with heavy smoking; 5. There is active infection in the wound; 6. Diabetic patients; 7. Long-term use of glucocorticoids; 8. Those who are unwilling to cooperate with treatment or are automatically discharged midway, those who have not completed the treatment, and those who have incomplete follow-up data.
