Interventions

Group A:0.5% ropivacaine 20ml
Group B:0.5% ropivacaine plus 5mg dexamethasone total 20ml
Group C:0.5% ropivacaine plus hydromorphone 0.5mg total 20ml
Group D:0.5% ropivacaine plus dexmedetomidine 1ug/kg total 20ml
Group E:Epidural tube
Group F:Intrathoracic paravertebral block

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participation in the experiment and sign the informed consent; 2. Patients with pulmonary surgery under the thoracoscope; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. ASAI-II level; 5. Meet the telephone follow-up conditions, the survival rate is greater than three months and cooperate with the experimenter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are past pain, pregnancy, and severe liver and kidney, circulatory system diseases; 2. Patients with clutch block or epidural block failure; 3. Patients are allergic to test drugs.
