18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of HBV-ACLF; 2. Patients with platelet count lower than normal on admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with autoimmune hepatitis; 2. Patients with hepatitis C virus infection or HIV or other respiratory virus infections; 3. Complete liver malignant tumors; 4. Apply an immunosuppressive agent before treatment; 5. Infusion of platelets or application to increase platelet drugs during treatment; 6. Digestive hemorrhage during treatment.
