Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AR patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis" (2015, Tianjin); 2. The result of skin prick test was positive for antigen, dust mite was the main allergen, and no antihistamine was taken within 1 week; 3. For the first time sublingual immunotherapy, the sublingual immunotherapy drug is Changdi; 4. At least 18 years old; 5. Patients with informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study and actively cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 2. Patients with chronic diseases, such as eczema, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, etc.
