Group 1:mask ventilation was performed with a neutral head position for 3 minutes
Group 2:mask ventilation was performed with ahead position rotated 45° to the right for 3 minutes

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Patients with ASA grade I-III; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years; 4. 18 <= BMI <= 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases: such as severe coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.; 2. The patient's head rotation and neck extension are limited; 3. Suffer from gastroesophageal reflux disease; 4. Patients with full stomach; 5. Patients who are known to have sleep apnea and difficult airway requiring awake intubation.
