21 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes; 2. Plantar ulcer > 0.5 cm^2 (the size after debridement is 1-16 cm2); 3. Neuropathy; 4. Aged at least 21 years; 5. Wound duration > 4 weeks; 6. Glycated hemoglobin <= 13.0%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active cellulitis; 2. Osteomyelitis; 3. Gangrene; 4. Insufficient blood supply (ankle-brachial index ABI 1.3); 5. Revascularization in the last 6 weeks (ipsilateral lower extremity); 6. Take any experimental drugs or apply topically to the wound 4 weeks before the study; 7. Non-diabetic etiological ulcers and major medical conditions that can impair wound healing, such as aplastic anemia, liver disease, scleroderma, malignant tumors or immunosuppressive therapy.
