18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Peritoneal dialysis for more than 3 months and stable condition; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. The outpatient follow-up time interval is less than 3 months; 4. The language communication is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Angina after uncontrolled activities recently; 2. Suffering from central and peripheral nervous system diseases; 3. Absence of limbs and unable to tolerate exercise; 4. Baduanjin exercise has been carried out in daily activities; 5. Hemodialysis or transplantation to peritoneal dialysis; 6. Severe mental illness; 7. Cannot complete the questionnaire independently.
