Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older; 2. Consecutive patients undergoing sedated upper endoscopy; 3. Patients able to read, understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with absolute contraindications to EGD examination; 2.Patients who assessed not suitable for sedated endoscopy by an anesthesiologist; 3.A history of previous gastric surgery or gastric remnant; 4.Esophagus obstruction; 5.Food residue 6.Patients with contraindications to biopsy; 7.Known active upper gastrointestinal bleeding or emergency endoscopy; 8.Patients in pregnancy; 9.Researchers believe that the patient is not suitable to participate in the trial.
