Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Patients with central visual pathway damage caused by acute cerebral infarction; 3. Within 7-10 days of onset; 4. There was no history of ophthalmic diseases or family history; 5. There was no history of intraocular surgery; 6. The legal guardian is required to sign the informed consent and the date of signing if the legal guardian has no capacity or limited capacity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemorrhagic stroke; 2. GCS score 2 points); 4. There was optic atrophy before onset; 5. The structure of optic papilla and macular area was abnormal before onset; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Any situation that can not be examined by MRI (such as metal implantation, claustrophobia, unconsciousness, etc.); 8. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or severe mental disorders (hct-ci score >= 3 points); 9. Combined with other serious diseases, the survival time was less than 90 days.
