Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Patients with cerebellar infarction confirmed by MRI according to guidelines for acute ischemic stroke 2014; 3. Within 7-10 days of onset; 4. The first onset was accompanied with balance dysfunction (degree of balance dysfunction: Berg Balance Scale score: 24-42) and abnormal gait (slow start, inconsistent length and height of bipedal steps, discontinuous step, straight line deviation, obvious trunk shaking), and the above symptoms were consistent with the lesions of head MRI; 5. Be conscious, stand alone for more than 10 minutes under supervision, and cooperate with the examiners; 6. To sign the informed consent, the legal guardian is required to sign the informed consent and the signing date for those who have no capacity or limited capacity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral infarction foci in brain stem or other parts of brain; 2. Vestibule, spinal cord, peripheral neuropathy or lower extremity bone and joint disease affect balance function; 3. GCS score 2 points); 5. Any situation that can't be examined by MRI (such as metal implantation, claustrophobia, unconsciousness, etc.); 6. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or severe mental disorders (hct-ci score >= 3 points); 7. With other serious diseases, the survival time is less than 90 days.
