Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Single pregnancy with age >=18 years; 2. The subjects read and fully understood the instructions of the patients, and signed the informed consent; 3. At 11-13 weeks of gestation, the live fetus should be delivered in Shenzhen People's Hospital; 4. The healthy pregnancy group were pregnant women with normal blood pressure and negative proteinuria, no previous history of hypertension, diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, thrombotic diseases, first pregnancy or successful pregnancy, no complications, complicated with medical and surgical diseases; 5. Gestational hypertensive disease and gestational diabetes were in line with the relevant diagnostic criteria of Obstetrics and Gynecology (9th edition) published by People's Medical Publishing House.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. Known severe fetal malformations; 3. Complicated with known serious systemic diseases, such as heart disease, liver and kidney disease, etc.
