18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients from 18 to 65 years old who are admitted to the Department of Endodontics and Endodontics, all in good health; 2. Basic periodontal treatment has been completed, which is an indication for apical surgery; 3. And CBCT confirmed that it meets one of the following two conditions: (1) Large-scale apical bone defect (>10mm); (2) Through-and-through lesions. 4. Able to participate in follow-up many times during the study; oral hygiene is good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers; 2. Pregnant women ; 3. Re-surgery; 4. Unqualified coronal restoration; 5. The teeth with deep periodontal pocket (PD>=5mm); 6. Patients with systemic diseases.
