21 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes; 2. Plantar ulcers> 0.5 cm^2 (1-16 cm^2 after debridement); 3. Neuropathy ; 4. 21 years of age or older; 5. Wound duration> 4 weeks ; 6. Glycated hemoglobin <= 13.0% .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active cellulitis; 2. Osteomyelitis; 3. Gangrene; 4. Insufficient blood supply (ankle-brachial index ABI1.3); 5. Revascularization in the last 6 weeks ( Ipsilateral lower extremity); 6. Taking any experimental drugs or topical application to the wound 4 weeks before the study; 7. Non-diabetic etiological ulcers and major medical conditions that can impair wound healing, such as aplastic anemia, Liver disease, scleroderma, malignant tumor or immunosuppressive therapy.
