Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 65 years; 2. In line with the 2012 American NKF diagnostic criteria for CKD; based on Cockcroft-Gault formula evaluation, eGFR is 15-29ml/min*1.732m^2; 3. Meet the PEW diagnostic criteria and PEW diagnostic criteria (refer to the 2008 CKD-PEW diagnostic criteria of the International Society for Nephrology and Metabolism (ISRNM)); 4. In line with chronic renal failure, malnutrition, spleen and kidney deficiency syndromes (refer to "Diagnosis and Curative Effect Criteria for Diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine", "Clinical Guidelines for New Drugs of Chinese Medicine (Trial)" and "Diagnosis of Chronic Renal Failure," Syndrome Differentiation and Evaluation of Efficacy (Trial Plan)"); 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form for clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with respiratory, urinary and digestive system infections during the study; 2.Patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis due to changes in their condition during the study period; 3.Patients with severe heart failure and abnormal liver function during the study period; 4.Patients who asked to withdraw from the study during the study period.
