18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Breast cancer patients who needed elective surgery under general anesthesia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.ASA grade 1 to 2; 4.In good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A definite history of local anaesthetic allergy; 2. Preoperative Hct < 35%; 3. Preoperative Hb < 110 g/L; 4. Severe abnormal liver and renal function; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases; Abnormal coagulation function; 6. A person who refuses to accept a nerve block.
