18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Estimated fetal weight=36 weeks gestation; 3. Singleton cephalic presentation, intact membrane; 4. Cervical Bishop score <6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Maternal age< 18, 2.Previous uterine surgery (cesarean section or myomectomy), 3.Fetal anormality, 4.Fetal distress, 5.Abnormal pelvic measurement, 6.Malpresentation, 7.Low-lying placenta, 8.Genital tract infection, 9.Intrauterine fetal distress, 10.GBS positive, 11.Allergic to dinoprostone.
