18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Onset of anterior myocardial infarction within 12 hours; 3.ST-segment elevation greater than 0.2 mV on two adjacent EKGleads; 4.Timi grade before PCI <1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac arrest; 2.Cardiogenic shock; 3.Previous history of myocardial infarction or CABG; 4.CMR contraindicated for any reason; 5.Occluded vessels with more than grade 1 collateral circulation.
