Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia (ASA i-iii); 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.Patients with hypertension; 4.Signing the informed consent; 5.Strict fasting and drinking before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac valvular disease, peripheral vascular disease and ejection fraction less than 40%; 2. Diabetic patients; 3. patients with uremia; 4. Echocardiography cannot accurately measure or identify patients with transthoracic ultrasound images; 5. Data loss or poor image quality.
