Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Eligibility criteria for colorectal cancer: (1) Aged 18 to 80 years, both male and female; (2) The patients with confirmed primary colorectal cancer,I-IV stage is acceptable; (3) No laparoscopic or traditional open surgery contraindications, surgical resection can be completed; (4) No other malignant tumor diseases history. 2.Inclusion criteria for polyps and adenomas disease: (1) The main categories include proliferative polyps, inflammatory polyps, hamartomatous polyps, tubular adenomas, villous adenomas, and tubular villous (mixed) adenomas; (2) It was confirmed by endoscopy and pathology; (3) No history of gastrointestinal malignancy. 3.Inclusion criteria for normal group: (1) No intestinal abnormalities which were confirmed by endoscopy; (2) No history of gastrointestinal malignancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With inflammatory bowel disease or other autoimmune diseases.
