Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 60 years; 2.Male or Female; 3.Volunteers without hypertension and diabetes mellitus; 4.BMI < 30kg/m^2;Be able to sign informed consent; 5.Be able to cooperate with research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Digestive diseases or anatomical abnormalities of digestive system; 2.Taking drugs that affect gastric motility;pregnant or Puerperant; 3.Severe respiratory diseases; 4.Severe circulatory diseases; 5.Inferior vena cava disease.
