Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Birth weight <= 1500g; 2.Transferred to NICU within 2 hours after birth; 3.Fed by gastric tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infants with congenital oral and gastrointestinal anomalies; 2.Infants with other reasons for not being able to give intestinal feeding early in life ; 3.Maternal history of positive maternal HIV status; 4.The mother is in the acute stage of infection and cannot provide breast milk; 5.Infants of mothers can not provide milk for their infant in the four day of life.
