Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with histologically-confirmed advanced EGFR-mutant NSCLC who had been treated with first-line EGFR-TKIs; 2.Patients with baseline blood IL-6 levels were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unknown mutational status; 2.Confirmed bacterial infection; 3.Those without response evaluation.
