Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35 to 75 years; 2. Patients who meet the 2018 COPD GOLD Guidelines; Patients with COPD were assigned to grade I-III B-D group; 3. Patients in stable period or after treatment, cough, expectoration and asthma and other symptoms are stable for more than one month; 4. Have used one or two dry powder inhalers DPI for more than 5 days; 5. Patients or family members can use network tools and small programs; 6. Have normal communication and understanding ability; 7. Patients and their family members cooperated with the study, informed and agreed to accompany the visitors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the acute stage of COPD; 2. Patients with chronic respiratory failure, pulmonary heart disease, tuberculosis infection and other serious complications; 3. Severe cognitive impairment; Or mental illness; 4. Patients whose doctors expect to live less than 2 years; 5. Patients whose doctors find it difficult to complete follow-up, such as illiteracy, hearing/vision impairment, substance abuse, life-threatening comorbidities, etc.
