Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults, general anesthesia patients; 2. No deep open wound before operation; 3. Unconscious disorder; 4. Conscious patients and informed consent before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Sudden accident (allergy, rescue) quit patients; 2.The operation duration was less than < 30min.
