18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.There is no limitation on gender; 2.Aged 40 to 80 years; 3.ASA class I ~ III; 4.BMI 18 ~ 28 kg/m^2; 5.Scheduled to use rocuronium during anesthesia; 6.Laparoscopic time is longer than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with preoperative neuromuscular joint diseases, such as myasthenia gravis, motor neuron disease, and neurodemyelinating disease; 2.Preoperative evaluation of patients with possible difficult airway; 3.Patients with advanced decompensation of liver function and Child-Pugh grade C; 4.Patients with severe renal insufficiency (stage 4-5 of renal insufficiency); 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Intraoperative interference with TOF-watch SX monitoring; 7.Patients with known preoperative need to continue to maintain mechanical ventilation; 8.Patients who may receive drugs (such as magnesium sulfate, aminoglycoside antibiotics, etc.) that may affect neuromuscular conduction function within one month before or during the operation; 9.Patients with allergy to gel electrode.
